Lettuce Be Friends was born as a companion to the Dreamy Blend. It takes all of our beautiful lettuce varieties from our lightest greens to our boldest reds to brings them together to make a green salad that’s a bit hardier than your average spring mix! We don’t skimp on the Romaine varieties in here so you will still find all that great crunch with a variety of colors and textures that’s sure to tickle anyone’s senses.

The Kale-Ido-Scope blend is so much more than a salad. It eats warm just as beautifully as it does cold. With the Kales, Boks, Tatsois, Mustard Greens, Arugula and unusual Spinaches this mix not only stands out in a crowd but it packs a bit of heat to bring that extra depth to any dish.. seriously, we have cooked these down and used them as greens in enchiladas, and they were spectacular!

It’s pretty isn’t it? This salad came together not long ago. It takes a combination of all of our Gem lettuces and brings in Buttercrunch, May Queen and a couple other semi romaines so it takes a strong claim to the crisp green salad. But don’t be fooled, this blend has its flashes of color from a Flashy Gem and Spotted Aleppo Variety we threw in for a touch of color.

The Flavors in this salad take you from earthy Kales to some of our boldest greens. If its spotted, or textured, or has a flavor that just can’t be matched, you’ll find it in here. It’s a show stopper with some unexpected notes we think you’ll find both refreshing and surprising
