If you’re looking for a small batch salad blends with so much more than lettuce, this one’s for you. Along with the wide variety of lettuces we carry this nutrient rich bombshell has a variety of arugulas, mustard greens, spinaches, and kales to boot! This is the salad blend that created the Leafy Dreams Dreamys Blends and the beginning of our small batch adventure,
”Lettuce Be Friends”
Our Dreamy Lettuce Varieties without any of that other stuff!
This beautiful blend is made up of a combination of all of our lettuces, well the freshest that we have for the day. This isn’t your average spring mix, we use a nice variety of crisp Romains as well as a wide variety of leafier varieties to keep every bite fresh and bursting with flavor. PSA: We do sell all of the spotted, colorful, and speckled lettuces we can get our hands on. Trust us, they’re all delicious!
“Lettuce Be Brave”
This salad probably won’t look like your average big box salad mix. Created to be a show stopper in the tastiest of ways. If it’s spotted or stripped, textured or smooth, multi-colored, bright red, perfectly uncommon; this has all of our “unusual” favorites and just like in life, it really is our differences that make us greater. Be Brave, you’ll love it over here!
“Kale-IDO-Scope”
Kales, Boks, Mustard Greens, and so much more. This tasty powerhouse is as beautiful as it is nutrient packed!
PSA: The Kale-IDO packs a little punch, please let us know if you are spice intolerant so we can make adjustments for your enjoyment.

Merlot, Outrageous, and any other red beauty calling out to us today, if you’re looking for a side of drama, this re-mix might jut be the blend for you.

Sometimes you jut want a big bowl of Romaine, we have that too but this one is a step above. All of the crunch we love with Romaine with a little help from all of it’s Gems.
